The staff was so amazingly helpful, friendly and relaxed. And the location was perfect. The pillows were so fluffy and soft - a real highlight for me.

From the time we arrived we knew we would enjoy our stay.we where welcomed by a very nice gentleman on the front desk.Staff where all so pleasant nothing was to much trouble.

We love staying here, this was our 4th visit this year. The rooms are great, fab bath and shower, good views.
Breakfast is always a treat, with Mrs. Jones on the breakfast you are always guaranteed a great welcome and a bit of a chat. She even remembered us from our last stay.
We also wre allocated a room which was based on our request on booking.
Nothing which would stop me visiting the hotel again.
But I really really dislike the artwork in the rooms - the art where people faces are covered with weird things like a 5 year olds collage gone wrong. We just used the laundry bag which was in the wardrobe to cover the offending section.
There are some lovely pieces in the lobby of Swansea and the surrounding area - I always boggles my mind as to who paid for that art.

Good location. Staff were all excellent and breakfast was great
Bed was uncomfortable. Broken toilet roll holder and leak from shower screen in bathroom. Very cheap, poor quality toilet paper. No free water in room, free drinking fountain in reception but we did not have any bottles to fill
