Staff, clean room and bathroom, location.
Some fixtures are old, need to get updated., particularly shower curtain in bathroom.

The room/hotel was very small and only good for solo travelers or minimalist couples. The location was walkable and the all day coffee in the lobby was appreciated. The price we paid was fair since the location was top notch. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The bathroom/shower was really small and generally that’s not a problem but the shower curtains were worn down and felt icky, since they stuck to your body when showering. Maybe they could invest in a better quality curtain or door since this is a hygienic issue.

Excellent location for the price. Very easy access to the highlights of Munich and the transport systems.
