It's a huge shame. The staff were tremendously helpful and accomodating during my stay, and they did their best with my requests. The rooms were pretty big, the beds and pillow comfy too.
My gripe was that the air-conditioning did not work at all during my stay. It would not be fixed during my stay due to a lack of spare parts. At least they gave me fans to use, which was a huge relief.
But the real cherry on the top came when the elevators kept breaking down. One was consistently out of service, and the other worked only 10% of the time.
This experience was stark to my experience at Achat Hotel Hockenheim. I sincerely hope this Achat branch can do better to make good on its reputation.

We had a good time at the Achat Hotel. Location is great if you need to commute or you have a car that neeeds parking. We got to enjoy both. We parked our car on the ample parking space available and took the train to the spots we went to.
Breakfast was so filling and the service is great! Forgot to mention how comfortable the bed and lenin are.

Was booked for 5 nights and left the hotel in 4 nights, as there was no refundable/cancellation option.
Not a recommendation for long stay. Poor Food, poor room service, and far from city centre. Pictures in the website doesn't match.
