Very close to beach and shops
No wifi and my phone service and internet did not work in the property. Had to stand in carpark to get reception after booking you find out no linen or towels and they wanted a bond. No coffee tea sugar salt or pepper. Pans and saucepans could be replaced and shower screen needs fixing

Location was great, near the beach access and lookout. Quiet complex of units. This 2 bedroom unit had everything we need for a family weekend away.
Being near the beach is usually dusty because of the strong winds.

The Palms holiday group are fantastic who manage it, great communications and easy booking. It is definitely the owners of the villa who are not maintaining the property at the highest standard and creating a bad look for the Palms group.
The actual villa and ammenities are gross. Very out dated, dirty, one of the mattresses you could see was clearly so old it had started to rot at the bottom. The villa is in a dead zone so absolutely no reception on phones or devices and when it’s one of the only places that doesn’t provide wifi in it- rather a joke for 2026! You are paying for location absolutely nothing else. I wouldn’t waste my money in that villa again compared to others.
