located across the road from boomerang beach. nice walk to the north end and bluey beach shops.
Tv reception a bit sketchy. very windy at the time.

Location is fine with good views to the west of sunsets. Glimpses of Boomerang Beach and viewing whales was a bonus.
Needs some maintenance, eg sliding doors don't work very well on the balcony, need to have new rollers fitted. Also, the toilet flush did not switch off a couple of times. The decor is older style, but otherwise was fine for our few days there.
