Just 90 steps to the beach!
This cosy two bedroom coastal villa is the perfect getaway spot for families and couples.
Entertaining is a breeze with two separate covered outdoor areas fully equipped with outdoor furniture and a BBQ. Rinse off from the beach under arguably Boomerangs best outdoor shower, amongst the palm trees with hot and cold water.
The two great sized bedrooms will easily accommodate even the largest families. The main bedroom has a queen bed, whilst the second bedroom has a double bed with a single bunk on top and a rollout trundle. Extra guests can be accommodated on the fold out double sofa bed in the lounge room.
Please note: During NSW Easter Public Holidays and school Holidays we require a minimum 4 night booking.

- Sunny private and secure garden
- Reverse cycle air conditioning
- Modern fully equipped kitchen
- Coffee machine with coffee pods supplied
- Free Wi-Fi
- Smart TV that is USB compatible and there is a large selection of DVDs for your
entertainment

- Main bathroom has a toilet, shower, basin and laundry facilities
- Lock up garage
- Short walk to local shops which have all the necessities
- Activity and games equipment provided for your use including surfboards, board games, push bikes, beach chairs and a beach umbrella.

Thank you Vicki for another lovely stay at Seaclusion. This is the 3rd or 4th time now and we are already planning our next trip back. The property is perfect for a beach getaway and the recent facelift makes it even better. We love the laid back, beach shack feel and received a lovely welcome from Vicki.
