A dream vacation in a lovely house.

We wanted a cozy place to spend the last part of the year together (we are a couple with a 6 year old daughter). We love silence, quiet places close to nature in which feel cozy. Elbocottage surpassed our expectations, giving us plenty of comfort and relax. Every tiny detail of the house is curated and selected to give the best experience. The structure feels brand new.

We had a wonderful stay and really did not want to leave at the end of the week.

The Elbcottage is a labour of love and it shows in every detail. The kitchen is well appointed and everything you might need is provided. Coffee machine, Nespresso machine and water kettle. A starter stock for the Nespresso machine is also available. Towels are plentiful and more provided if needed. The beds are very comfortable and pillows in all sizes available. The amenities are Molton Brown and set the tone of the standard in this lovely cottage. Even a shoe horn and a shoe polishing cloths has been thought of. Parking is available in the street and the S-Bahn station a 10 minutes walk away. The little village is just a hop and step from the door and has Pharmacies, Bakeries, a small supermarket, Cafes and a well frequented ice cream shop. There are also several restaurants. Busses go down to the ferry Teufelsbrueck from the main street.

Bright, excellent location, clean, nice neighbourhood, close to train station, facilities with full complement of cutleries and cooking utensils and nice shower. A really good size and comfortable apartment for 2 people

duvets were a bit on the thin side in view of the weather -5c, and should be made of natural materials such as cotton fillings and pillows probably should be upgraded to natural latex/foams for a more comfortable sleeping experience rather than using artificial synthetic materials.

Eine Wohnung, auf die wir uns jedesmal freuen und in die wir gern wiederkommen werden.

Wir waren zum dritten Mal im Elbcottage. Es war wieder ein Vergnügen, das die geschmackvolle Einrichtung und die liebevollen Details an jeder Ecke zu genießen. Küche perfekt, Betten sehr angenehm. TV mit allen Mediatheken. Was soll man sagen? Es ist eine zauberhafte, ruhig gelegene kleine Wohnung.

Ein wenig problematisch ist die smarte Einstellung der Heizung.

Confort y bien conectado.

El lugar es extremadamente lindo. Muy cómodo y mucho confort, lo que se ve totalmente reflejado. La anfitriona muy preocupada de cada detalle del lugar. Lo más importante para nosotros como familia es que estuviera en un excelente sector pero que a la vez pudieses llegar en transporte público. Está a minutos caminando de la estación de metros Hochkamp, y fue como nos movimos en nuestra estancia en Hamburgo. Todo se nos hizo muy fácil. Un lugar que superó mis expectativas y la de mis hijos. Sin dudar lo recomiendo mucho. Quedé muy contenta con mi elección.

Top eingerichtetes kleines Häuschen, ein Cottage zum Wohlfühlen!

Es war traumhaft schön und es fehlte an nichts. Der kleine Vorgarten lädt bei schönem Wetter zu einem Aufenthalt im Freien auf der Gartenbank ein. Wir durften auch unsere mitgebrachten Fahrräder dort abstellen, das Gartentor ist abschließbar, so dass die Räder gut untergebracht waren. Unser Auto parkte am Straßenrand, es war immer ein Platz in der Nähe zu bekommen. Der Wohnraum mit offener Küche befindet sich im Erdgeschoß und ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche war mit Allem zur bequemen Selbstversorgung ausgestattet, 2 Bäckereien, ein Lebensmittelmarkt, Restaurants und Eisdiele sind in fußläufiger Nähe in dem Ortskern, der einen dörflichen Charakter hat, erreichbar. Im Dachgeschoß sind der Schlafraum mit einem bequemen Doppelbett und das Duschbad untergebracht. Das Bad läßt sich am besten als klein aber sehr fein beschreiben. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt außerordentlich genossen und möchten gern wiederkommen.
