View from window is amazing and bathroom is big and comfortable

First of all, check-in is after 16:00 (4 p.m.), and this was not written anywhere. We arrived at 9 a.m. and couldn’t leave our bags, so we had to carry them on our backs across the whole city. I contacted the property 10 days before the trip to ask about the access code. I received one password in the Booking confirmation email, so I thought that was all we needed. On the day of our arrival, they sent me a link to complete an online check-in, but we were already on the airplane. When we landed, I opened the link and saw they were asking for a €150 deposit. This should have been stated in advance, not on the day of arrival. Last month, I was in Nice, France, and the Booking listing clearly stated that the deposit was €100. This property did not provide any of that information beforehand. When we arrived, the code they gave me worked only for the front door of the building. Inside, there were three rental units, but the names on the intercom did not match the apartment name listed on Booking. It was chaotic, and there were five of us. This almost ruined the start of our trip. They charged us €74 for cleaning, but when we entered, everything was dirty. The sofa in the living room was filthy, smelled terrible, and was extremely uncomfortable. I slept on the sofa and ended up with back pain. The vacuum cleaner in the bedroom was full of dust and hair. We had a terrace, but we couldn’t use it because the windows were locked. The terrace itself was dirty and full of broken items. In the bathroom, the shampoo bottle was empty—luckily, we brought our own. They charge for everything but don’t deliver on basic promises. On the last day, they even sent security to tell us to be quiet. And despite the property being only 8 km from the city center, it takes about an hour by bus to get there.

Small but comfortable apartment. Too bad you can't access the balcony. Location is convenient

The apartment was small but comfortable. Parking was much easier than expected, although a bit weird. The street in front of the apartment changes from one to two lanes according to the time of the day. So between 6:00 and 9:00 you couldn't park on one side of the street and between 15:00 and 19:00 you couldn't park on the other side. But you can easily move your car and it's free parking. It takes a while to get into the city by public transport but there are bus stops around the corner, so it's easy. The Aldi supermarket is only a few meters from the apartment, which is very convenient. There's also a McDonalds around the corner.

We didn't have a lot of contact with the hosts. We asked about the parking, but they couldn't really give us any useful information. It felt a bit weird that on the day of arrival, we were asked for a deposit by credit card since we'd already finalized the booking and it wasn't mentioned before. Also, the apartment has a lovely balcony but you can't access it. The windows will only tilt, but not open fully. That was a big minus for us.

Solid apartment with good kitchen but no essentials like cooking oil/salt/sugar etc.

Nice view from the top floor! Great place if you need to have a place in that part of Hamburg, check in was contactless. There was a little welcome present in the form of drinks and snacks, which I appreciated. Kitchen is equipped well for cooking.

I had some initial trouble to get in, as apparently, the door code mechanism does not indicate that the door is open and the door somehow opens in an unexpected direction, so I was pulling when I needed to push (or the other way around, don't remember exactly. If I was to ad some suggestions for improvement, I would say add some kitchen basics like oil, salt, pepper, sugar. There was coffee, but no sugar/whitener. Also, while there was an iron, I did not find an ironing board.

Lage war gut, in der Nähe gleich ein Supermarkt und einige Restaurants. Bushaltestelle gleich um die Ecke, zum Volksparkstadion konnte man sehr gut hinlaufen.

L’impossibilité d’aller sur la très jolie terrasse en raison de systèmes de sécurité sur les porte-fenêtres de la chambre. Cela empêche également d’aérer.

Wer aufgrund der Stadion- bzw. Arenanähe bucht, ist richtig und sollte dabei aber Abstriche machen.

Wir haben die Unterkunft aufgrund seiner Lage gebucht, welche für uns ansprechend war. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Möglichkeiten öffentliche Verkehrsmittel zu nutzen.

Die Sauberkeit des Appartements lies sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Anreise ist regulär ab 16.00 Uhr möglich. Wer eher anreisen möchte, muss eine Gebühr von 40 Euro zahlen. Eine spätere Abreise nach 10.00 Uhr ist gegen einen Aufpreis von 30 Euro möglich. Des weiteren erhielten wir kurz vor Anreise eine Zahlungsaufforderung (via Kreditkarte) um eine Kaution von 150 Euro zu hinterlegen. Nach erfolgreichem Online Check in und der Kaution erhält man einen Pin-Code um ins Gebäude und die Wohnung zu gelangen, was sehr unkompilziert verlief. Das Appartement ist in einem modernen Wohnungskomplex gelegen und verfügt über einen Fahrstuhl. Zum Appartement gehört leider kein Parkplatz (wir konnten aber bequemerweise eine Supermarkt Tiefgarage nutzen, welche ca. 100m vom Hauseingang entfernt war. Leider sind uns während des 4 tägigen Aufenthalts (mit 5 Personen) vielerlei Sachen aufgefallen, welche nicht für eine erneute Buchung sprechen. Bei Anreise war die Spühlmaschine noch mit dem teils unsauberem Geschirr des Vormieters gefüllt. Beim Reinigen fanden wir dann weiteres schmutziges Geschirr im Schrank sowie verschmutztes Besteck im Schieber. Der Fußboden im Küchenbereich war fleckig und auch der Teppich am angegrenzendem Wohnbereich dreckig (Chipskrümmel und Schokoladenverpackung am und unterm Sofa). Beim Versuch diesem mit dem zur Verfügung stehendem Staubsauger zu Reinigen, merkten wir das auch der defekt war. Die Handtücher im Bad hatten Flecken (Schmiere- oder Rost???) also nutzen wir unsere eigenen. Das Appartement verfügt über einen großzügigen Balkon, welchen man als Mieter jedoch nicht nutzen kann da die Fenster verschlossen sind und man diese nur via Kippfunktion öffnen kann. Wir fragten uns aber, wie die leeren Bierflasche daraus gekommen ist... Außenrollos sind wohl auch vorhanden, liesen sich aber durch die Schalter an den Fenstern nicht bedienen. Sehr negativ fanden wir die Schimmelbildung an den Fenstern im Schlafzimmer.

Organisation. Haben uns was die Parkplätze angeht, alleine gelassen gefühlt und es war nicht möglich früher einzuchecken, obwohl mir zwei Tage früher gesagt wurde, dass aktuell niemand in der Wohnung ist und es grundsätzlich möglich sei.
