La casa era pulita e in una zona abbastanza silenziosa. Nei pressi della metro.
La zona in cui si trova l'appartamento è piuttosto sporca e degradata, l'appartamento non è di facile accesso, soprattutto per famiglie con bambini piccoli, passeggini e mobilità limitata (la porta è stretta e le scale sono piuttosto impervie). All'interno del locale odore sgradevole di fogna, tostapane inutilizzabile perché sporco/arrugginito. A questo si aggiunge la mancanza di un minimo di attenzione, come una bottiglia d'acqua all'arrivo, due/tre cialde di caffè, qualche tovagliolo di carta . Servizi iniziali basici di accoglienza..
