camera molto spaziosa materasso ottimo, pulizia accurata. la Signora gentilissima e prodiga di consigli parla bene inglese, prepara deliziose marmellate per un ottima colazione al mattino. A duecento metri un ottimo Ristorante che ci ha consigliato senza dover muoversi in auto. La città di carcassonne è a circa 20 minuti di auto e l'autostrada a circa 10 minuti. Ottima scelta.

We had a mixed experience during our stay at Aux Belles Vacances. On the positive side, the setting is peaceful, and the pool is a lovely place to relax. The room was decent, and we paid an extra €25 on arrival to upgrade to a larger one, which was worth it for the extra space. Breakfast was continental, with nice jams and a simple selection—different to what we’re used to, but enjoyable.

Getting around without a car is challenging. The village is quiet and somewhat isolated. We did manage to take the local bus to Carcassonne twice for just €1, which was great, but services are limited. Ubers charge €25 or more for the short 6-minute journey to the airport, and while the host offers the same rate, we felt it was a bit excessive considering we were paying guests. A reduced rate for airport transfers would have been appreciated. Overall, it's a peaceful place to stay if you’re looking to unwind, but travel costs and logistics can add up quickly if you're not driving.
