Cocomarindo Condo #72

The amazing courtyard with with big trees, lovely pool that has a fun shape and shade most of the afternoon and at a perfect temperature-kids spent hours of fun. Very quiet and restful. Short walking distance to beach (5min) and to centre of town (15 min via beach). Super clean and comfy condo with AC and everything you need to cook, we loved eating at the small outdoor table. Owner very responsive to our questions and requests. Photos very accurate.

Very little. Simply note that access in and out can be tricky, car parking in gated area not guaranteed (though never an issue for us). Laundry is available in site, but is mostly for owners as it's a little complicated (it operates on a special card you need to get from the property management office with deposit, rather than on a credit card or change-based system)-plan in advance if you plan to use the laundry during your stay. We found it concerning that people burned a lot of fires on neighboring property during day and at night (including some that were quite big, and IMO dangerous during dry season)-hopefully that is something that the condos could help address collectively, though outside their control.

Fijn zwembad in mooie tuin. Klein appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Mooi complex. Alles goed onderhouden.

De accommodatie is prima (al had de inrichting van het appartement iets sfeervoller gekund) Voor ons viel de omgeving tegen. We vonden Coco del Playa geen mooi strand. Het lag vol rommel. De 2 andere stranden dichtbij (bereikbaar met de auto) waren schoon en rustig maar voor ons niet bijzonder genoeg. We hadden gehoopt zeeschildpadden en apen te zien, maar van beiden geen spoor. Gelukkig wel veel pelikanen die je van een afstand kon zien vliegen en in de zee kon zien plonsen.

Pool, location, security staff, comfortable beds, good A/C, beach chairs, internet, tv, gas grill, ice chest. Luggage carts.

Kitchen was old and tiny. Cabinet drawers fell off the railings. Exhaust hood non-functional and disgustingly greasy. Light bulbs in bathroom were burnt out. Jacuzzi never worked. No beach towels. Booked for four but accommodations were set up for two.
