Lovely hotel in a fantastic location within the city walls and close to Bell Tower and Muslim quarter.
Staff are friendly and offer a professional service. We appreciated the free refrigerated water and laundry service, as well as other services they offer.
The room was a good size, bed was comfortable and offered all amenities - slippers, robes, kettle and toiletries.

We loved everything: the afternoon tea, the breakfast, the warm welcome and the great customer service by Anne and the rest of the front office team. The room was great too, just as per the photos and with a huge bed and split shower and toilet. Location was also great, in the heart of Xian. Thank you !
