    Location is great as there’s escalator right outside of the hotel entrance that linked to the popular food street. There’s also a Yishion outlet near the hotel for shopping. Special mention to Housekeeping Staff: Zhang Fuyun for her exemplary service as she helped us in the laundry since it was a long wait and allowed us to go on with our activities. Thank you and will highly recommend everyone to stay here!

    Excellent hospitality from start to finish m. The receptionist welcomed us with a smile and made the check-in process smooth with free early check-in and assist in bringing our luggage to the lift (seeing that we had 2 elderly parents). We were delighted to receive a free room upgrade, which was a thoughtful gesture and greatly appreciated. Housekeeping maintained high standards of cleanliness every day, ensuring a comfortable environment throughout my stay. I would like to strongly commend the housekeeping staff : 张福云, she saw that we were queuing for dryer and offer to help us to dry our clothes so that we can go out to shop. She even went beyond and send the dry clothes to our room and helped us fold the clothes! This is really 6 stars’ service for a 4 stars hotel! Please give her a bonus and promotion as her smile and service really make everyone love this hotel. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a great selection of local and international delicacy,. There is also free afternoon tea break spread for hotel guests.

    Very friendly staff and clean. Location is the best whereby subway metro just outside the hotel make us so convienient to explore the Xi'an historical site.
