Everyone was so welcoming from the moment I arrived. A special thank you to Doris, who made my stay so much easier and never made the language difference feel like a barrier. Thank you Doris for your kindness and for making this such a lovely stay ☺️✨
The only thing I would mention is that vegan options were a little limited during my stay, so it may be worth discussing dietary requirements with the hotel beforehand.

Great stay at Xi'an Eastern House Boutique Hotel. Perfect location right by the Bell Tower and Muslim Quarter, everything is walkable.
Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet with good WiFi. Staff were friendly and helped us with directions and Didi to the station. Great value and location for exploring Xi'an. Would stay again.

The staff was amazing! They helped us book a tour to the terracotta warriors and helped us with getting to the station on time for our train departure. A young lady at the front desk was WAITING for us in the lobby to help us and that was just impressive. Would stay again!

Hotel is well located. Would definitely recommend. Staff doesn't speak much English but still were very nice and tried to help with anything we needed. Also it is very nice self service laundry.
