Location- the hotel is not too far from the subway station and is walking distance to the Bell tower， the Drum Tower and the Muslin quarter. There are many restaurants nearby. The free super service each night. My mum liked the super service in the hotel. Everyday we asked two bottles of water from the hotel before we headed out and the receptionist always agreed. Self Service Laundry service which also included the washing machine and dryer.The staff who looked after the self service laundry would help the customer to pack the clothes in the laundry bag. Each customer just needed to take to Landry bag after your daily trip. A lot choices breakfast buffet each day. The breakfast changed everyday. However, most was a Chinese breakfast. Oversea visitors keep it in mind.
Road maintenance inconvenience. There was only one small road to access to the hotel and it was under road work. Very Inconvenient. The dust and noise were quite bad. Noise upstairs in the hotel. We could hear drilling machine was working upstairs every day. Quite noisy. I suggest the hotel be mindful to arrange rooms for the guest when there was a maintenance work in the hotel. The hotel doesn’t accept an oversea Visa card. I tried to pay the fees by using my Wise VISA card. However, I was told the machine did not accept it. No fridge in the room.
