Casa Rural Turpesa is a rural house for rent in full modality.
We are located in the town of Peñalba twenty kilometers from the urban center of Ponferrada, which is reached by crossing the Oza Valley by a mountain road.
The house, of a single-family type, is located a few meters from the Mozarabic church of Peñalba in the church square. Its architecture corresponds to the popular type of the area, with rustic stone walls, slate roof and wooden carpentry. It consists of a high floor, where the house is, and a ground floor dedicated to other common services.
It has an area of 40 m², located in a natural space on the banks of the source of the Oza River.
The house is a typical mountain construction. Built in 1905, renovated in 1987 and opened to the public in 1999, it is in good condition.

La casa es como se describe, salvo que habría que añadir en el anuncio que no le falta ni un detalle.
El propietario es encantador y solícito, sin ser invasivo en absoluto.
El pueblo es precioso, está muy cuidado y es muy tranquilo.
El entorno es maravilloso: una montaña con senderos, arboleda, agua, pájaros,...
Nuestras vacaciones han sido inolvidables.

Necesitábamos relajarnos, paz, tranquilidad y unas vacaciones inolvidables, y sin duda lo fueron. El trato del propietario, fue magnifico, un caballero responsable, atento, cariñoso y con una casa que cumplió nuestras expectativas con creces. No podemos poner ni un solo "pero".
Estos días en pandilla, nosotros en esta casa y nuestros amigos en otra, estamos seguros que tardarán en repetirse. Un lugar con encanto, con actividades para realizar peques y mayores y repito, dos alojamientos que permitieron encontrarnos igual de cómodos que en casa.
Gracias de verdad!!

Íbamos buscando tranquilidad y paisajes y encontramos el lugar ideal. La carretera es preciosa, aunque hay que tomársela con calma, el aparcamiento a la entrada del pueblo es grande y a partir de ahí te olvidas del coche. La casa ideal, con todo lo que se pueda necesitar y el dueño, muy agradable y servicial, te informa estupendamente de todo lo que se puede hacer por los alrededores que son impresionantes. El trato con la gente del pueblo hace que te sientas como en casa, incluso mejor. Como colofón nos llevamos miel de su propia cosecha que es estupenda. Lo hemos recomendado a nuestros amigos y esperamos volver pronto.
