About this cottage rental
El Refugio soñado II is a vacation rental designed to accommodate 2 to 5 people. It’s ideal for getaways for couples or small families. The house has two double bedrooms, with the option to add a single rollaway bed. We allow one small pet per reservation and offer free Wi-Fi (300 Mbps fiber optic).
Located in a tiny high-mountain village with just 20 residents, it’s the perfect place to get away from it all and unwind surrounded by nature. Our cozy house is built with traditional local materials: slate roofs, stone walls, and wood for the ceilings, windows, and furniture.
Inside the house, the first floor is an open-concept space divided into a living room, dining room, and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, induction stove with range hood, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, juicer, blender, drip coffee maker, and all the kitchenware you need for a comfortable stay.
The living-dining room, warmed by a wonderful pellet stove, features restored furniture, including a table made from a threshing sledge. Our guests can relax on the chaise longue-style sofa while watching the 48-inch TV, which is equipped with a Fire TV Stick, a DVD player, and a Wii console. We’ve also included an electronic dartboard in this space.
On the upper floor, the first room you’ll find is the bathroom, equipped with towels, a hair dryer, and toiletries. The washer and dryer are located here.
The master bedroom, located on this upper floor, is in perfect harmony with the home’s rustic style. Beneath the wooden beams and ancient stone walls stands a beautiful double bed surrounded by long white curtains, with a two-person Jacuzzi right in front of it—a delight for our guests that adds a touch of luxury and exclusivity. The room is also equipped with a 32-inch TV with Chromecast, a wooden wardrobe, a wrought-iron vanity with a mirror, two nightstands, and a split-type air conditioner/heat pump.
The bedroom opens onto a lovely balcony where you can enjoy not only the fresh air but also beautiful views of the exceptional surroundings.
The second bedroom in the house features two 90-cm single beds, a closet, two nightstands, and a flat-screen TV. This bedroom has a full private bathroom.
Outside, the house has a covered parking area, a barbecue, a table, and a bench.
