Ein altes Natursteinhaus im Olivenhain, recht klein und auch nur mäßig ausgestattet. Aber die Lage war unschlagbar. Wenn man die exakt 100 Stufen auf recht steilen Treppen vom Parkplatz durch den Olivenhain zum Haus bewältigt hat erwartet einen ein riesiger, schön gestalteter Außenbereich mit einem unglaublichen, völlig unverstellten Panoramablick aufs Meer. Besser kann man nicht das Meer genießen. Und das bei absoluter Ruhe ohne eine Menschenseele weit und breit.
Leider muss man doch recht weit laufen, wenn man an das Wasser will, da unterhalb der Straße (Schotterpiste) lediglich steile Felsen zum Wasser abfallen.

Isolated & calm place quite far away from other civilization.
Gorgeous view to open sea.
Fantastic night sky with Milky way & falling stars.
Perfect place if You want small adventure, no big rush and you have no problem with a little discomfort.
Bare house on south limestone slope, no bigger trees, no pergola, no shelter - no shade; no air-condition - too hot and hard to stand at temperatures over 33 C .
99 (or 100) rocky steps up might be problematic for physically less trained or with limited mobility. Might be dangerous for small children (2-4 years old - need watch them ).
Not direct access to sea under house, need to go/ride over 1km to beaches.

Perfect location, quiet, perfect view, the terrace is spacious and the grill is wonderful to work with. The only thing this great place lacks is a pool or a beach under the house or a pier to the sea. The road to the accommodation is a bit worse, but that's not a criticism of the accommodation, it's more to be expected and maybe don't drive a car with low profile tyres :)
