Beautiful, clean, comfortable. A great place to relax and explore!

This property is so beautiful. This would be a perfect place to stay for a week or two. Our room was perfectly clean, comfortable, and safe. The yard backs onto the water, and there is a really nice set up with chairs etc. The home is a short walk (15min?) from old town. The host was able to provide us with some recommendations as well which was nice. I would 100% stay here again (for longer next time)!

Huge property, great location

Property was a great size, could easily have slept 6 (3 bedrooms!). Really good facilities, exceptionally helpful host (Milo). Lovely space by the sea to swim or sunbathe. Good restauranct within 5 minutes walk. Korcua old town itself ony 10-15 mins walk but also 3 euro taxi boats available (5 mins away). Perfect stay, couldn't ask for more.

Wonderful place for peaceful holiday

The apartment is located at a nice quiet neighborhood 15 min walk away from Korčula old town. It has a wonderful terrace with sea access right in front, table with chairs, sunbeds and shade. The apartment is spacious enough for two and has everything we needed. AC was working, there were plenty of towels. The owner is very nice, we were greeted at the port and a taxi transfer to the apartment was included. We also got great recommendations around the area. Definitely will be back, it was like a paradise.

Spacious, clean apartment in a perfect location.

Korčula is a magical island, and this accommodation is ideal both for exploring the island and simply relaxing and swimming. Miro is a very welcoming host – thank you for letting us stay! The apartment is spacious, clean, and has everything you need. Beautiful view with the sea just below and swimming opportunities. Close to the old town and the ferry, just a pleasant 10-minute walk away. Also close to a larger supermarket (Konzum). Nearby boat taxi runs every 30 minutes to several smaller nearby beaches ⛱️ :)

Good, basic accommodation with excellent outside facilities and a lovely quiet location.

Nice and quiet out of town location. Great waterside spot with quiet private terrace and outdoor furniture. Very helpful owner who provided relevant information on arrival and was on hand if required.

Only as a comparison to other recent accommodation, it was quite a small space but for a short stay not an issue. Showers had to be spaced out and very speedy before the hot water ran out.

The location was great very peaceful and beautiful view from the bedroom . The outside space was excellent.

It was a little dark in the kitchen/sitting area but that was because of the age of the building. Everything worked well and instructions easy to follow.

Excelleby stay in Korcula

Miro is an excellent host, welcoming us to the apartment and giving us some top tips about Korcula. Apartment is spotless, very comfy bed and loved that our bedroom opened up straight onto the water. We didn’t do much cooking but the kitchen is well stocked if you need to. Great location away from the busy centre but close enough to walk without issue.

Nothing! We were unlucky with the weather a few days but we won’t hold that against Miro 😜

No frills, but everything that's needed

Hard to get closer to the water and not far from a very good restaurant or from the old city. Excellent deck chairs.

Accomodation is - as advertised - on the ground floor which happens to be 49 steps below the entrance, which is at street level... No room inside for armchairs to relax in when the weather is lousy.

Amazing apartment for a family holiday

We loved everything. The location is amazing, right on the seafront with its own private jetty and beach area. And just a 10 minute walk to the old town. The apartment was really spacious, clean and well equipped, with 3 large airy double bedrooms and a fabulous balcony and a good kitchen area. Miro the owner was incredibly nice and helpful and gave us lots of ideas about what to do and help before arrival about ferries over etc. Sorry we disturbed you Miro with our noisy family card game! We will definitely be booking to stay again.

A very nice appartment right next to the waterfront. We only needed to go down the stairs to have a swim. The owner Miro is very nice and helped us with numerous suggestions on where to eat, try wines, best beaches and so on.

We loved it here!

Extremely comfortable, clean, well appointed and spacious apartment situated 10 minutes easy walk from Korcula Town and just round the bay from Port 9 hotel where there are bars, a small beach, kayak hire and taxi boat stop. Miro communicated very well, sent a taxi to collect us from the ferry and gave us useful information about the accommodation and good recommendations for things to do. We loved the views from our private balcony and time on sun beds by the water and cooling down in the bay. Korcula is beautiful, we would love to go back and stay here again.

Air conditioning was only in the main areas with fans in the bedrooms. This is quite usual in Croatia and we were comfortable although temperatures were high as we left doors open which cooled everywhere down a little.

Everything was excellent. Miro is a great host and his apartments are lovely. The location is perfect, on the waters edge with a fantastic view and about 10-15 mins walk to old town. We really appreciated the large supermarket nearby as we ate most of our meals at the apartment. We hope to return and would highly recommend this apartment when staying on beautiful Korcula.

It was well equipped and clean. Perfect setting right by the water with a private patio area with quality chairs and loungers. Miro was an excellent host who gave us much help and advice.

There were a lot of steps from the entrance down to the apartment at the waters edge but the view was worth it.

Relaxing perfect stay on Korcula

Firstly the host was very welcoming and friendly and made check in very easy. The apartment was exactly as pictured. Very clean and a good size. The outside space next to the water is amazing, very private too. Korcula old town is only a 10-15min walk and there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants near by. Also very easy to hire cars and scooters to explore the island. We will 100% be back to stay here.

Wifi is pretty slow, but I wouldn't let that put you off how wonderful this apartment is.

Very relaxing room apartment on the water.

Location was away from town, so quiet, but not too far. Loved being on the water. We enjoyed the beach across the bay. Liked the bed, AC, kitchen, full size frig and freezer.

The location is very nice, close to Korcula town and well-priced restaurant. Free parking is not directly at the accommodation, but very close. The outdoor terrace is just stunning and you have your almost private beach:-)
