My husband and I loved our stay at Beaches Guest House. Buzz and Jo and all of the members of their team were absolutely lovely. Our room with the balcony and sea view was so cozy and perfect. There was a large fan which really helped in the middle of the heat wave. The garden is wonderful, and it was so pleasant to spend some quiet time there with a can of lemonade from the kitchen. Breakfast was delicious, especially the salmon bagel and vegan plate. Having spoken with lots of other people who also travelled for our friends' wedding, we believe that Beaches Guest House must be the best place to stay in Southend.

Beautiful location Lovely hosts, who very really engaged and took the time to talk to us to tell us great places to go around the area. Bedroom and bathroom was lovely, clean and very comfy
