Cosy little B&B. Close enough to entertainment, in walking distance but not so close it was noisy. Clean, cute and well kept family friendly. The breakfast was great with options of what you want and the staff were so polite and friendly. Definitely recommend Pebbles for a stay in Southend.

Breakfast was lovely everything you could ask for.
Our room was at the top of the house, two flights of stairs which I struggled with, but on the whole most comfortable.
