Really comfortable B&B. Good size room, Emma very helpful host. Right on the seafront. Great breakfast.
If you want to go into central Southend it's a 30 minute walk but there are pubs and restaurants nearby.

Room was clean and tidy, excellent breakfast with good service.
The bathroom was on the small size and the cord for turning on the electric shower was a bit short, not easily reach .

Emma was the most attentive, helpful, kind host. She went above & beyond to make us feel comfortable & at home. The breakfast was amazing, so fresh, so much. A wonderful little place, very clean. Thank you. I highly recommend this B & B. Beach straight across road, cafes on beach, wonderful icecream shop.
