Chandis Hotel offers the perfect Munnar getaway. The unique stepped-terrace design gives you stunning, distinct vantage points of the valley from different levels. Our favorite part was simply sitting by the window and balcony, watching the spectacular dance of clouds and fog moving across the landscape. It rained for most of our stay, but the excellent facilities and cozy, panoramic views turned the rainy weather into a beautiful, relaxing highlight. Great location and fantastic hospitality!
Our only minor preference would be having a buffet option for dinner instead of just à la carte, which would add a bit more variety and speed to the evening meals. It's a small detail in an otherwise fantastic stay!

Property was quite clean.
Driving to the property was a bit confusing.
Parking and unloading was challenging.
Moving from one location to another inside the building was confusing.
The person answering questions before my arrival was not cooperative to the special request.
