    The location is way too beautiful and in the center of tea garden. Resort has its limitations like lacks spa or a gym but rest everything is amazing. Rooms, pool. Food, staff

    It was a great property. Staffs were friendly and supportive. Food was OK. Once we checked in side the room. Bath towel was not available in the cabin. We called the reception, as per them they doesn't have towel in the property and it will come after 10 mins. But we received the bath towel after the tea time. It's too bad a person booked a hotel with huge amount and they can't fresh up. Reported this issue to the follow up call from this hotel and agoda but no refund provided for us. If you are booking this hotel, it will be a great experience for sure but you must bring bath towels.

    The place was very neat and clean and it's a new property so everything was literally shining 😃 Only thing want to say is staff needs some more training to deal with the guests.. otherwise very nice location and views..it's before Munnar, approx 10 KMs so plan your travel accordingly

    Hotel is really picturesque, nestled in tea plantations. It's very well maintained, staff were very polite and helpful. My only comments are that it was a little off the road down a narrow lane between the tea trees so without a car the last few hundred metres are a tad challenging. There were also not a lot of breakfast options for foreigners, and when we were there it was mainly foreigners. I would suggest they add some fresh vegetables, some cheese and pastries to round out the breakfast spread. All in all I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again if I was in the area.
