The room and Bathroom is clean. Lovely view from the balcony. Basic and tasty breakfast. Staff are very courteous and pleasant. The Kalari Kshetra is just around the corner., cultural center showcasing Kerala's ancient martial art, Kalaripayattu, and classical dance, Kathakali. Worth visiting.
It would be nice if they had mesh windows for guests who don’t like AC. It is warm compared to Munnar. A electric kettle in the room would be an added advantage.

Lovely large room, hot shower, comfy bed, nice breakfast.
It wasn’t always clear whether the tours were with a company or being done in-house.

Room was good
I had requested for an extra bed while booking for 5 people we were provided bed for only 4 and 1 guy had to sleep on floor mattress. I was not informed that the extra bed was not arranged and was given to others who checked in before us. Should maintain a standard where the requested beds should be provided based on the booking not by who checks in first. Other than this everything else was good.
