Property is at a very peaceful location, calm & quiet. Away from main road

Breakfast was homely and fresh though choice was limited. The start time of 8:30 am is a bit too late. It should ideally be 7:30 am or latest 8:00 am.
Place is starting to look a bit worn down. Bed sheets and towels need to be replaced with new ones.

I liked that there is a river flowing in the backyard.
I loved the breakfast that was provided.
The location of the hotel is far from the locality, ie you cant go on a walk out for anything, essentially need a car.
The hotel did not have a running kitchen (in the 2nd wk of June), so guests need to have their meals in the town, before returning back to the hotel.
The parking space for your car is not covered, so if it is raining, your driver will have a tough time

Staff was friendly and rooms were clean
Location was far off Munnar centre and the main road was blocked and the alternative route was very steep(wouldn’t recommend for inexperienced drivers). There is no restaurant also which isn’t mentioned in hotel info …we had to go to another hotel for dinner.
