The location is near to the various places. Accessibility is too good. The property is maintained very good.
The staffs are very curtious and humble.
The food needs to be improved a lot. Need to include varieties of Kerala dishes. In breakfast, some sweets to be added.
Vegetarian food options to be given a little care. South Indian food varieties to be included in dinner also.

Location. Enjoyed the nature and early mornings were full of Malabar whistling thrush!
We stayed in room with private pool maintenance of pool was poor

The location was great! Great for families and kids! Lot of activities. Property was is good built and properly landscaped. Staff were so great and helpful.
Rooms are outdated and built quality is not good! Not in a 5 star condition. Restaurant is only available on particular timing. No 24x7 room dinning available. No deliveries also.
