Beautiful place with lovely staffs
Location is pretty too
We did get a complimentary upgrade and the staffs go out of their way to make your stay comfortable
This is not about the property rather munnar itself, If you plan for excursion make sure you check the weather as monsoon time lots of excursion will be shutdown for safety reason

Room was smelly with drain water kind of.
Wash room Hand flusher was bad , water was leaking in bath room ,
Seems we were given a different room than the one booked and patched up by saying the break fast will be given complementary
