Location, cleanliness, covered what we needed.

Shower wasn't great. Needed more milk in the room!

Accommodation and facilities excellent staff lovely and helpful location good

We were warned of music when we arrived which did stop about 12.30 but pubs either end of road when closing and emptying noise of reveller’s went on till 3 /3.30 outside our window in street before we could sleep.shame we loved everythingelse

Second room booked for a friend, who informs me that their room was very comfortable

It's an old, quaint building with low lintels in the second floor.....they are very tall, and banged their head despite being warned in advance!

Staff were friendly, cute and cosy.

Shame it’s so noisy outside really did make it difficult to sleep. People shouting, car alarms going off. The bathroom from the second day of staying started to smell like dirty drains. Not very nice, no window in the bathroom to air it out. Very warm, no fan or air conditioning so had to keep the window open at all time. Beds were comfy but pillows were not. Need the same size pillow, one of half a size of a normal so hurts the neck.
