Dog and Whistle Pub

Nice little pub, great tacos, the staff very friendly and very helpful.

It was HOT, unbearably so. It was during the heatwave so plenty of grace was given, but attic rooms, no aircon, little airflow and an old thick walled building made sleeping basically impossible, being on the high street it's also a little loud early in the morning, but free ear plus helped. It would be a smashing stay in the winter, avoid on very hot days

It was so clean and the bed was so comfy, plus the staff were so friendly and welcoming. We were there for a concert, but had a drink in the garden before hand. I loved the tea n coffee left on the tray and the flapjack, we will definitely be returning. There was a fan in the room as it was a hot night, but still slept well.

Nothing at all

Staff were friendly, cute and cosy.

Shame it’s so noisy outside really did make it difficult to sleep. People shouting, car alarms going off. The bathroom from the second day of staying started to smell like dirty drains. Not very nice, no window in the bathroom to air it out. Very warm, no fan or air conditioning so had to keep the window open at all time. Beds were comfy but pillows were not. Need the same size pillow, one of half a size of a normal so hurts the neck.
