Poor customer care, deluxe room which was cold, inadequate duvet.
It was clean, good location.
Thin duvet, no blankets. Poorly maintained windows which banged all night. Radiator off, so either a thin duvet, no blankets & gaps in the windows, I had no sleep.

Fantastic hotel, close to all amenities, dog friendly
The staff are friendly, the hotel is lovely and warm. Our room had a bath which was lovely after being out in the cold and rain. There was a good choice for breakfast and the food was lovely, even my dog was given a sausage.

Great staff and really good training facility, let down by the bathroom.
Location
The noisy and excessively long running fan in my bathroom. Hot water pulsed so you had to step into and out of the shower as it went hot and cold.

Nice Hotel, Lovely Staff, Great Location
Hotel lovely. Large comfortable rooms and good facilities. Great Breakfast and nothing too much trouble for the staff. Minehead great as ever. Good selection of Pubs and Restaurants within walking distance and plenty of local shops to brouse.
Access to a plug near a mirror for hairdryer would be a plus. Parking could have been better especially for disabled access. Also check in was a bit random because of the nature of the operation. Some advice in advance of where to announce your arrival would be useful to offset the fact there is no manned reception. Just a thought!

Always a great stay
Loved the stay as always ,everything is what we return for and will always come back to stay
The only thing we both wish for is the restaurant to stay open slightly later even 6pm would be so good . We always have to eat elsewhere for evening meal and would always prefer to eat at The Beach Hotel

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.
The experience as a whole was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. They were knowledgeable and took time to talk to us. The room was simple but had everything you needed for a night away. Breakfast was amazing, cooked fresh and was a decent size. The location is great, right by the seafront, a short walk to the local facilities. It has a small car park but there is a public car park right next to it. We will definitely be staying again
