Vila Casa Do Sobral

A casa apesar de antiga tem as comodidades necessárias para umas férias bem passadas. Tem recantos e salas muito agradáveis e peças de mobiliário e decoração de grande qualidade. A cozinha bem apetrechada e a casa do forno são espaços que surpreendem pela positiva. Os jardins bem tratados, a piscina sempre impecável e os óptimos anfitriões são os pontos altos desta casa.

O espaço interior apesar de ter uma área considerável, não é muito funcional para uma casa de férias, dada a quantidade de recheio existente.

A really interesting house full of character, and the pool and garden were just stunning. The hosts provided everything we needed for our stay and made us feel so welcome and comfortable.

We spent a wonderful time at Casa do Sobral. The property is in a very quiet area, great for someone who wants to take a break from the city and relax. The garden is big and very pretty with fruit trees and a large variety of flowers. We also spent a lot of time by the pool which was perfect for some exercise! The house itself is very large and had everything we needed. It is very traditional yet very comfortable: exactly what we were hoping for! Sobral da Lagoa is a tiny little village on top of a hill near Óbidos. Stunning views and beaches, such as Baleal and Foz do Arelho, are waiting at every corner, just few minutes away by car. And, by the way, you can see the lagoon of Foz from the house! This is makes it for both an amazing view and a very convenient way to check the weather there before arriving. The house is located in the center of the village and, although you will need a car to get around, there is a tiny café with a grocery shop just next to the house. A great way to start and end your days :) Finally, the hosts are very friendly and helpful, always ready to help you. Also, and they answered all my questions in quickly and precisely. We are very happy to have stayed there, and we hope to come back to that tiny piece of heaven soon!!
