Very good location next to the beach, a few minutes walk to the touristic places of Alicante. The airport bus station is also very close. So big, comfortable apartment with sea view, in a clean house. Easy to enter.
A bit noisy because the traffic on the street is heavy. Better if you don't open the window. Some renovation is needed sooner or later.

Very close to the main town . Good facilities . Comfortable bed . Sea views . Staff as in cleaner and doorman both very friendly and helpful .
The property is beside a busy road . When the windows are closed you couldn’t hear the traffic noise much . This meant that you were reliant on the air conditioning . Preferred to have fresh air in the room . A balcony would have been nice but with traffic noise would really not be of much use .

Spacious, clean and comfortable and perfect location for beach and shops.
Noise from work being done on the adjacent building. We were allocated another room but unfortunately the work followed us.

The apartment was very clean. The staff were fabulous, and an issue with a missing kettle was resolved promptly. The room was a very good size. The location was fantastic.
No net curtains to aid privacy. This was a major issue. People on the street could see directly in. The rooms are sandwiched in between a couple of busy roads, so there was road noise, but it was a worthwhile compromise for the location. The rooms do require updating, but that is reflected in the price rate. Although there was one air con heater, it was always quite cold.
