Balcones a la Plaza del Ayuntamiento Mi casa en Alicante

We stayed here as a group of four, and it was absolutely amazing! For the first time ever, the apartment looked even better than in the photos. Everything was spotlessly clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A special thank you to the host, who was incredibly kind, caring, and always ready to help. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality. The location is perfect—just a 3-minute walk to the beach. There is also a pharmacy, supermarkets, and several great restaurants just a few steps away, which made our stay even more convenient. I wholeheartedly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and perfectly located place to stay. Thanks to this wonderful accommodation, our vacation was relaxing, enjoyable, and truly unforgettable. We would definitely love to come back!

We've just come back from a fabulous stay in Alicante at the Balcones a la Plaza del Ayuntamiento Mi casa en Alicante. (16/06/26 to 23/06/26) during the week of the festival "Bonfire of Saint John" which is the celebration of the start of summer. The apartment is in a fabulous location overlooking the Town Hall Square on the second floor of a refurbished old style building with loads of character. It is a 5 minute walk to the beautiful sandy beach in Alicante and is on the doorstep of numerous restaurants and bars. The apartment has lots of character and has all the facilities you could possibly need (apart from a dishwasher). We didn't cook whilst there but we would have missed one if we had. The apartment is air conditioned which is effective if you keep the shutters closed. There is a small supermarket across the road with all of the essentials. The beds in the apartment are basic but comfortable. The host Javi communicated with us in advance through WhatsApp and via Booking.com messages. He was incredibly helpful and responded quickly to messages.

For the first 2 days of our stay the air conditioning wasn't working, however it was fixed on the day they notified us the engineer would arrive and was effective thereafter. Javi the host communicated quickly and frequently about the repair and compensation was offered for the inconvenience. Please be aware this is a city centre apartment and night time noise can be heard. If you are a very light sleeper and need absolute silence, this isn't the apartment for you
