Claudia is the best host I’ve ever met

the property looks a bit like an American hotel but with some Mexican details. But what make our trip spectacular was Claudia from the restaurant! She makes you feel like home, great personality and her attention to detail is extraordinary! The best service I’ve ever experienced ever!

Although the hotel is pretty, the room that we booked was very regular or average, comfortable but nothing more than that.

Good stay but the hotel needs few improvements to be enjoyable.

The workers were promptly when needed for room service. I liked the outdoor setting and the hotel was cleaned.

The hotel needs to improve on couple of things. for instance , The mattresses need to be updated, they were too hard. The shower in the room does not have enough pressure and the water takes time to warm-up. The pool is freezing, I choose this hotel so my kids can enjoy the pool but the water was too cold. Last, the bar , the restaurant do not open all the time.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff super friendly and the drinks were awesome! I really enjoyed my time there and my husband enjoyed it as well.

It is away from the town, so taxis takes a lot on arrive. We spent 40 mins waiting for a taxi at the reception cause the hotel is pretty hidden
