The juices at breakfast were a bit too sweet. The evening meal was a bit too complicated.

Thank you for a nice stay

We chose the hotel because of its’ location directly on the beach and we enjoyed the relaxing sea views from the first morning moment until the late night. The staff is very kind and professional, the hotel has a nice selection of breakfast buffet & is in a short walking distance to the central part of Lignano.

Neboli sme spokojní!

We booked the hotel on the day of arrival. The staff (Mrs. owner) complied with the earlier check-in and parking. The hotel is right on the beach and in the city center. The room was spacious, also a bathroom, a nice terrace with seating. Perfect pool - clean, large enough, quality sunbeds by the pool.

Overall, we were not at all satisfied with the stay. We were greeted by a poorly tidy room - unobtrusive, heaps of sand on the carpet, crumbs and various pieces of something, hair in the bathroom on the floor. The carpet was already completely destroyed, it was very smelly bulging. Otherwise it could have been a very nice and comfortable room. We booked a family room with a sea view - we had no view! The room has been turned to the opposite side! Breakfast was very poor - it did not correspond to the level of 4 * at all, the weakest we had in Italy. However, we were absolutely bothered by the cleanliness, hygiene and few measures against the spread of coronavirus, which this hotel had very little. Some guests, as well as some staff did not wear a mask on their face, or just hung on their chin, the breakfast buffet was completely open, each guest picked up himself - we are used to protecting buffet tables with plexiglass and staff in Tallinn hotels. Close to the buffet tables sat a gentleman who was constantly coughing and, of course, did not have a mask on his face, as he was sitting at a table - it was disgusting. It was also not very hygienic that the staff parked the cars, did not even have disposable gloves and got out of the car right into the other car. The staff hardly speaks English, or very little (all only German), it was not possible to explain the dissatisfaction. But they didn't even ask if we were satisfied and if everything was okay.

Wir kommen wieder.

Hotel hat eine gut Lage sehr ruhig alle sehr freundlich gutes Essen.Lage zum Strand Top alles sehr sauber.Zimmer gut ausgestattet und gute Betten.Pool am Dach auch schön und mit Servic echt toll.Und ins Zentrum eimal um die Ecke perfekt.

wunderschöner Sommerurlaub in diesem sehr freundlichen und sehr servicebetonten Hotel

dieses Hotel hat uns exzellent gefallen gerade in der Kombination Strand und Pool. Auch die Lage ist sehr gut, da es noch nicht in der Fußgängerzone liegt, jedoch sehr nahe und daher ruhig ist.

Nagyon tetszett, elsőosztályú hely, a medence, a szoba szuper! Visszajövünk még tuti!

Minden olyan volt élőben, mint a képeken, a junior lakosztály tökéletesen megfelelt egy kisgyermekes családként az igényeinknek, csodás nagy terasszal, oldalról még a tengert is látni lehetett. Az autót leparkolták helyettünk, és mire becsekkoltunk, minden holminkat felvitték a szobába. Takarítas volt naponta, kivéve ha nem kértük. A tetőn lévő medencét csak felnőttek használhatják, de ez minket nem zavart, kisgyerekkel tökéletes a lenti medence, még hűvősebb napokon is szuper volt a vízhőmérseklet. A személyzet a medencéhez is kihozta az italt és ételt, mindenre maximálisan odafigyeltek! A két magyarul beszélő kollégát kifejezetten szeretném kiemelni, Mihályt, aki az autóval is segített nekünk és bármi kérdésünk volt, kézséggel segített, illetve Milánt (ha jól tudom a nevét), aki pincérként profin és nagyon kedvesen állt hozzánk pedig még csak egy hónapja dolgozik ott :) Szuper volt, hogy a szobához járt napernyő és két napágy a tengerparton, ami közvetlenül a hotelből kilépve található. A megközelíthetőség tökéletes, 30 méterre van kisbolt, rögtön a hotel mellett indul a sétálóutca az éjszakai élettel, 10 perc a csodás körhinta, ami a gyerekek kedvence. A hotelben még biciklit is lehetett igénybevenni ingyen!

Egy negatívumot tudok csak írni: mi csak reggelit kértünk, mert vacsorázni inkább kimentünk a városba. Az első reggelinél szembesültünk vele, hogy a belső részen az asztalokon a számok a szobaszámokat jelzik, de nekünk nem volt számunk. Mikor kérdeztük, hogy hol a számunk, mondták, hogy aki csak reggelit kért, annak nincs foglalva asztal, üljünk le bárhova, és leültettek minket egy asztalhoz, mondván ne foglalkozzunk a számmal. Abban a pillanatban jöttek ahhoz az asztalhoz a vedégek, elég kellemetlen szituáció volt, jeleztük, hogy nem mi találtuk ki, ide ültetett minket a személyzet. Szóltunk, mondták, hogy üljünk át egy másik asztalhoz, de mondtam, hogy nem szeretném ezt megint eljátszani, hogy elfoglalom más asztalát. Erre közölték, hogy akkor kint tudunk leülni. Nem azzal volt a problémánk, hogy a csak reggelizős vendégnek nincs bent asztal, hanem azzal, hogy ezt érkezéskor nem közölték. Nyugodtan lehetett volna nekünk mondani, hogy a reggelihez a külső rész van fenntartva és kész, elkerülve a kellemetlen szituációt. De ezt csak mint javítandó kommunikációs dolog irom, nem volt ez sem akkora baj. A reggeli egyébként kicsit egyhangú volt, minden nap csak tükörtojás és rántotta volt meleg ételként, egy egy nap igazán lehetett volna valamelyik helyett vagy mellé virsli vagy bacon. Egyebekben a reggeli rendben volt és finom volt minden!

Relaxtage in Lignano

Die Lage war super , der Dachpool mit Ausblick war super vor allem weil Adult only. Die Möglichkeit Fahrrad bzw Ebike auszuborgen. Parkservice bzw Kofferservice. Die Möglichkeit Getränke usw aufs Zimmer schreiben zu lassen. Klimaanlage war gut und wichtig. Frühstück schon um 7³⁰.

Bei Meerblick keine dicken Vorhänge nur Rolladen mit Motor , unmöglich am Morgen rauszugehen wenn man Partner nicht wecken möchte. Kein Wasserkocher im Zimmer. Dusche sehr eng , Tresor nur mit Aufpreis. Aufzug oft ewig besetzt. Man muss Autoschlüssel abgeben Personal fährt damit herum. Auto war obwohl in Tiefgarage sehr schmutzig. Nur Betrag auf Endabrechnung ohne einzelne Punkte was genau zu zahlen ist.

Preisleistung zu unserer Reisezeit in Ordnung.

Die Lage des Hotels und der Pool am Dach. Dieser nur für Personen ab 18 Jahre ist. Die Sauberkeit und der Auftritt des Hotels war absolut perfekt. Die Möglichkeit direkt am Strand zu Frühstücken ist ein absolutes Highlight.

Die Dusche in unserem Zimmer war zu klein und schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war meiner Meinung nach, für diese Kategorie des Hotels nicht in Ordnung. Teilweise mussten die Gäste auf Weißbrot verzichten bzw. sehr lange warten. Die Säfte waren täglich aus und nicht so gefüllt wie beschriftet. Der Kakao hat auch nur nach Wasser geschmeckt. Die Auswahl war in Ordnung! Wenn man auf Luxuriöses Hotel macht, sollte dies wie ein roter Faden durch das ganze Hotel gehen. Dies war meiner Meinung nach nicht der Fall.
