We had a wonderful two-day stay.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were kind, polite, and very helpful. It is a cozy hotel with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Guests are welcomed with chocolates and kindly sent off with cookies, which was a lovely touch. The breakfast was delicious. The location is very convenient, with museums and main attractions within walking distance.

A pleasant 1 night stay in a comfortable hotel close to the centre of Bruges.

Hotel is in a quiet area but very near lots of cafes and restaurants. Our room was spacious and well-equipped especially the bathroom. The breakfast was good with quite a bit of choice. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

It isn't easy to park nearby if you drive there. There is usually some space to stop opposite to unload but parking locally is limited. There are several underground car parks in Bruges but navigating to them is tricky but possible. Also, while breakfast has plenty of choice, the cooked items could do with being kept hotter in their bowls.

Amazing place to stay

Location is terrific. Tucked in a quiet corner and close to all the historic areas. This hotel was a delight from the moment we walked in. Althea was amazing in taking great care of us. Breakfast was superb, the best of our 3 week trip. Room was lovely, clean, comfortable and quiet.

Very welcoming staff. Room, whilst not huge, had a very large comfy bed and plenty storage space for a weeks visit. Breakfast had good selection. Quiet location very close and easy walk to centre.

Stay here and you’ll enjoy a great location and friendly staff.

NIcole is the most wonderful host at the Hotel Biskajer. She mapped out an entire agenda for us to see all the attractions of Bruges. She also told us about the fantastic buffet breakfast the hotel offers that was not too expensive and being buffet style you could enjoy a taste of everything.

Well, the bedroom was a bit on the small side and there wasn’t a lot of room to open the suitcases but for one night we managed to make the most of it.

Great Staff, Great Location - what's not to like :)

As always, it is the staff that make or break a stay in a hotel and in this case the staff where exceptional. Nothing too much trouble, very friendly and chatty. The hotel is fine, clean, warm and in the centre of town, but it was the staff who where a stand out.

The rooms are on the compact side, but we knew this when we booked, so no complaints

Very pleasant traditional, small hotel in a central location on a quiet square but close to attractions and with a good selection of eateries nearby. Close to bus route. The breakfasts are excellent. Very comfortable beds. Nicole and her staff are very friendly, helpful and multilingual.

Everything, the room is really beautiful as well as the rest of the hotel, Nicole (the owner I assume) is super attentive and took the time to share with us a city map with all the cool places to see, also shared restaurant recommendations:) I’ll be visiting again for sure

Center but quiet

Very cozy hotel in the middle of the Brugge. Few minutes away from the most crowded places so no crowds around and pretty quiet. Very welcoming staff.

Lovely romantic stay.

The room was high up and hotel away from crowded noisy areas in the town. The room was cute. The service was friendly.

Most importantly i needed a plug adapter and this hotel did not have any. I was unable to find any in a store nearby. This is something a 4* hotel serving many different nationalities should have. Other hotels do as they understand it improves the guest experience. The minibar was too expensive. There was some cobwebs on the ceiling.

Pleasant hotel in Bruges

The hotel was very quaint and located within walking distance of everything. The buffet breakfast was served on tables with white tablecloths and china dishes. The buffet had hot and cold choices. The staff was friendly.

My only issue was that the pillow was not comfortable for me but the king mattress was very comfortable.

The perfect base to explore Bruges

Conveniently located just a 5 minute stroke to the Markt, this boutique hotel was the perfect base from which to explore the many delights of Bruges. We received a warm & friendly welcome from the staff who were all very professional and courteous. We were on the 2nd floor and there is a lift for convenience. The room was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and the bed was very comfortable with great pillows and linen. Breakfast was buffet style with a great selection of food and drinks. All in all, a real gem of a hotel and we will definitely stay here again when we return to this amazing city! Thank you.

Standard room is really small, not even space to open suitcase. Curtains, windows and bathroom are not clean and you can see cobwebs and stain/rust. Our room wasn't clean and when we complained to change the room, the staff wasn't happy about it. We were told why we unpacked a bit and that there's no cleaning staff anymore. Whereas the next day we saw the same staff was actually cleaning and there wasn't actually a different cleaning staff. Deluxe room justifies the price, standard room definitely doesn't.

Hotel with old world charm. A gem in Brugge!

What a charming hotel. We loved it from the moment we arrived. Nicole at the desk is a delight. The rooms are quaint and well equipped and we loved the high beds - very cosy too. Beware the top floor attic shaped roof over the bed. I banged my head when reading. Breakfast is amazing, complete with champagne and the location is perfect. 24hr car park a very short walk away. Would loved to have stayed longer.

Lovely staff, super comfortable bed, excellent central location but just enough away from the main tourist footprint to give it some lessened crowd, fantastic breakfast.

The free jellies in reception didn't help me manage my calorie count!

Very good hotel well placed and friendly staff.

Location was good for walking into town. Room was good and shower and bathroom were both excellent. Breakfast was well presented and tasty and plentiful.

I suggested when we left that they could give more information about getting to the hotel. There is an excellent free electric bus which circles the town and we would have used it to get from the station to the hotel had we known more about it. On arrival we took an ordinary bus but had quite a walk from the stop to the hotel. If they had told us the stop to ask for and about the bus it would have made things a lot easier.
