There are things to improve

Affordable prices, free parking, spacious rooms. The bed was comfy.

The interior looked partly tired and exhausted. The breakfast (eggs) was cold. I assume it's hot at 7am only. The room was too hot so we had to open windows.

Great price for what you get, staff attitude could be improved a bit

The pool even if was open, reception told us is closed. When we went to room we could hear people inside pool and asked again, we got different answer that it some people have trainings there and try again tomorrow. It was one if the reasons we picked this place General attitude of staff wasn't that great...we could ignore that, but good to know

Nice overall, but parking is very difficult.

The location was good, nice neighbourhood and easy to get to. The room was decently sized and had the basic amenities.

The parking situation was not great, we were informed by the hotel staff where we could exactly park. A few hours later we were in the city center and had to run back to the hotel because the spot we parked on turned out to be a private parking space and the guy was waiting for us to move our car, which was a true ordeal and very stressful to rush back from the city just to move our car, especially since we parked where we were told to by the receptionist.

Short stop-over that exceeded expectations.

Short stay with a sporty touch. It was certainly one of the more interesting places ever stayed at. Check-in was smooth as and staff super friendly. We utilised the outdoor pool which was paid for extra, well worth the extra chill in the hot weather conditions. Only note they only take cash! Hotel itself delivered on the thin with an incredible value for money.

Basketball Court, No Spa, and Definitely Not 4 Stars

The staff at the reception was super helpful and welcoming, but that's the only thing that was okay at this hotel.

This is more of a 1-daisy guesthouse than a “4-star hotel." The rooms were dirty, and the exterior of the hotel wasn’t any better. The parking situation is terrible, it’s three blocks away. During the day, you can cut through a basketball court to get to your car, which is very awkward and uncomfortable, especially when carrying luggage, since there’s barely any space due to the seating. And yes, you’ll be walking past people watching an actual basketball game. Strange and not at all convenient. The spa, which was advertised as a hotel facility with no extra charge, actually costs €22 per person. In Belgrade? For a guesthouse like this? That’s absurd. I was only informed about the extra cost after I had already booked my stay. At night, you’ll likely be confronted by an older man watching soap operas who doesn’t speak English. He yelled at us for trying to cross the basketball court to reach our car. The food was okay, but when we arrived for breakfast at 9 AM, there was barely anything left. Apparently, a whole basketball team had just eaten eight minutes before, and the staff made no effort to restock the buffet. The entire concept of this “hotel” feels like it was designed by a kid obsessed with basketball, on a tight budget and with zero hospitality experience. Even near the buffet area, it smelled sweaty, like a basketball gym...maybe because the whole "hotel" is literally incorporated in a basketball court. This was an extremely, extremely disappointing experience. I booked this place because it was labeled as a 4-star hotel with a spa, but there was no spa access and the quality didn’t even match a 2-star experience. Unless you're a basketball player with very low expectations, I strongly recommend staying somewhere else.
