Breakfast, comfy beds and pillows

They woke us up early in the morning offering laundry and what time they could clean the room We didn't have enough towels, we had to ask every time Some persons of the staff were not very friendly

Basic hotel outside of the city center with very comfortable beds.

This hotel is all white, except for one simple stained glass window, so it's a bit plain, but stately, like a hospital. The room itself was also undecorated, but very comfortable. The beds had ample pillows and we had the best sleep of our trip at this hotel. The center courtyard has openings in the roof, so when it rained at night, it fell into the courtyard garden and was very soothing. There are some places to eat and drink within walking distance. Also, the shower was excellent.

The area this hotel is in feels a bit industrial, so you really need to catch an uber or taxi to other places. We found Uber to be unreliable in Toluca, but taxis are plentiful. There is a large garden filling the central courtyard, but it seems a bit sad. I didn't see any flowers and you can't enter it. But it has potential to be a beautiful space with a bit more attention. The only other petty complaint is that we believed we arranged to be taken to the bus station early on the morning of our departure and the receptionist said they had a service and would arrange it. But when we got up, a different person called us a taxi, which took a while to arrive, and we made it to the bus station just as our bus was about to leave. It was a bit stressful. However, we should have learned by now not to rely on hotel reception to arrange our transportation in advance, as this is not the first time it has failed. Note: We just figured out today that we can make transportation arrangements through Booking.com, which is very helpful. Oh, one more thing: Not enough drinking water provided for two guests.

Haberte equivocado de hotel ya que en un principio pagué por el hotel San Francisco que parecía bonito y fue una decepción. Pero graciaa a ese error vine al Holiday que es precioso,cómodo, confortable y en una excelente ubicación con todo ser a, centros comerciales, tiendas,Starbucks entre otros, si regreso a Toluca sin pensarlo volvería al Hotel Holiday

En un Holiday espero que se cuiden mas los detalles

Camas , TV y desayuno

Extractor de baño, dispensador de jabón y cortina de bañoy plancha no funcionaban. Internet muy malo y muy complicadonde conectar. Mala limpieza, al llegar encontramos en el bote del baño papeles mojados y en la estación de cafe encontramos cabellos. Cabe decir que fueron dos diferentes habitaciones.

Internet muy deficiente. Extractor de baño y cortina de baño sin funcionar. Plancha sin funcionar. Cabellos en la estación de cafe y basura en el baño al momento de llegar.

Contactos de la recamara no funcionaba, toallas limpias con manchas, cortinas cerradas dejaban entrar mucha luz de noche. Lobby con muebles sucios. Desayuno feo café sin sabor.
