Practicality, fast and good location

Location and price for the room, I liked that the rooms where separated from convention center. Starbucks outside is 24 hrs and is pretty convenient.

A bit disappointing.

Good location, close to the bus station and right in between two large shopping centres.

One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was because it had a swimming pool as our son likes to swim. We were very disappointed to find that the pool was out of order (and looked like it had been for quite some time as the water was green) The gym also had equipment out of order. The pool and gym shouldn’t be listed as amenities if they are not able to be used. The rooms were quite old and ours had a strange smell. It felt a bit damp in the rooms too.

Comfortable stop for nevado de toluca

Comfortable, spacy, clean room with good beds. Breakfast and dinner in the restaurant was very good. Not too far from the bus terminal.

Some english (by more then 1 reception worker) would be handy for a big hotel that works with international tourists.

Served its purpose but have no plans to repeat the experience

Good location with easy access to city center. Wide corridors, sky lights, decorations and indoor gardens (even if some needed attention) make for a airy and fresh feel when walking around inside the hotel. Starbucks in front of the hotel a definite plus.

Airconditoner lights make it hard to sleep and if that is not enough the airconditioner started dripping water. Buffet breakfast luke warm and poorly prepared (love Mexican food but not this). The restaurant lacks any atmosphere while the bar is nothing more than a refrigerator and a couple of tables in the passage way to the restaurant.

For the price and one night definitely OK, for a longer stay maybe not the best option.

The room and all facilities are very clean! The receptionist was very friendly and tried to help as good as possible. But this place is in his age, and you can see that everywhere. The pool area is clean and nice, but the water a bit fresh. The breakfast is ok - nothting special, but not bad.

The hotel would need some investments, the floor is worn out, the towels are completely torn at the ends. Definitely some sun bed are missing at the pool area. Even in the room you will not find, glasses, coffee or tea, only if you ask the bring you. Neither a table is there where you could play or eat.

couldn’t figure out how to get in, no signage, entrance is a Starbucks parking lot! terrible lighting through the massive empty building. “hot tub” was like warm with no jets… nasty breakfast buffet.

Pleasant.

Bed is really comfortable. Liked also the pool and gym and the garden inside. It gives a good vibe to the hotel. In terms of price-quality i would say it is really worth it. the staff is really friend and helpful.

Breakfast is nothing special, it needs some maintenance although nothing is falling apart. A bit annoying would be the staff from the laundry passing by the room at 8/9 in the morning to ask if we need to put something in the laundry. The fact that they do this is not the annoying fact, but the time at they do this.

The room was very nice and comfortable. And the staff was great. Overall it was a good one night stay.

The room was a little noisy at times, the breakfast food wasn't great and there are no clear sings outside the hotel.

The sink was clogged, room lights were so bright, the controls didn't allow to have only one light on. No hairdryer The hotel looks dark.
