Recommended accommodation, very good value for money

George is a very nice host, helpful, he even ordered a taxi for me and gave me a tasting of his own wine and was able to recommend attractions on the island. The accommodation is well maintained, there is regular cleaning, the pool is pleasant and it was not crowded during this period. The nearest part of the beach is a 5-minute walk away, the restaurants are also about a 10-minute walk away. The bed was comfortable. Great vacation!

Mosquitoes, but that's not the accommodation's fault. I have only suggestions: felt material under the legs of the chairs would help keep the noise down when arranging the room, and maybe a little more kitchen equipment would be useful. I don't like this type of coffee maker (i know it's a matter of taste). But these were not real problems and are guest dependent, everything was fine.

A perfect guest house for a relaxing vacation

What a wonderful place! Albatross is located very close to the sea, supermarkets, tavernas yet a tiny bit outside the busy main road that makes the stay very calm. The property is sparkling clean, and the owners are very welcoming people who go ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure you have an enjoyable and a stress-free holiday. Anything you need - just ask George and he will be there to advise and to help. The swimming pool is very clean and usually not busy at all, so there is plenty of space for all the guests to enjoy it and relax. The rooms are very comfortable, have anything one needs during a holiday and more; the bedding and the towels are changed frequently. The yard has lots of greenery and is very well-kept; the property also has a small playground for smaller children which was greatly appreciated. I warmly recommend staying at Albatross and will definitely be back. P.S. Do yourself a favour and visit a great taverna "Kevin's restaurant" nearby.

It was a family business in a really nice village where you can easily reach a quite good beach, greek restaurants, markets. Room has all the features you may need and was clean. The owner was very generous and nice person.

We appreciated so much the warm welcome by George, as well as the well organised service. We felt at home right away. Our apartment was newly renovated. The garden well taken care of, green, and relaxing. The pool was clean. We couldn’t ask for more. We will definitely choose this again.

Exceptional

My family and I stayed at Albatross for two weeks in June and July. The apartment we booked was ideal for our group of five (three adults and two kids aged 6 and 12). The kitchen and the kitchenette had all the basic amenities one might need to make simple meals. The apartment itself was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Our porch was overlooking a beautiful garden. We enjoyed having breakfast outside every morning and were able to keep an eye on the youngest member of our family while she enjoyed her time on the swings located near the entrance. I can't say enough about the staff and the owners. They were all very helpful and friendly, which made our stay very special. Mr Manolis recommended us a great restaurant within walking distance where we had an amazing meal and shared useful tips on what to do and see around the island. The location is perfect. The hotel is very close to the main centre but is in a quiet neighbourhood away from the noise of the restaurants and bars. The beach is right across the road where you can find many cafes& restaurants conveniently offering sunbeds and umbrellas. All in all, we had a wonderful stay at Albatross and it exceeded our expectations in every way. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

If you are looking for calm and peace, the Kampos region is wonderful. There are many accommodation options in this area. Albatross is one of them. A clean, quiet and safe facility. Rooms and furnishings are very clean. the owner George and the other staff are friendly and helpful. Room size and very convenient and adequate. The pool is constantly cleaned. The beach is very very close and calm. There are taverns with very tasty products nearby.

First trip to Samos. This is probably one of the best, and not so crowded Greek Islands. The owner of Albatross, George is very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are so large and comfortable and always clean. Thanks to the cleaning lady for the wonderful job she has done. Plus, it's walking distance to the glorious beaches. It's our favorite place to stay in Samos at a reasonable price. We suggest Albatross everyone! Do yourself a favor and go!

Very nice colourful studios with a lovely balcony or terrace in the beautiful garden full of flowers and plants. There is also a swimming pool and everything is very clean and you can really relax in this peaceful and quiet place

The property is really nice, there’s a swimming pool in the backyard and the hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. The room is quite sizable and has a kitchenette complete with a stove and all the necessary utensils. All you need is there. Additionally, there are a few very pleasant restaurants and small shops in the neighborhood. Several nice beaches are within walking distance. Just a tip: most of the beaches around are rocky, so you might wish to bring some appropriate footwear to enter the water. Otherwise - the nearest place to paradise! Special thanks to the most hospitable hosts!

Wie im Paradies

Everything was perfect and like in paradise. The place is very quiet and the garden beautiful. The location is perfect - it is close to the ocean, the restaurants and the mini market. It is also perfect for kids because of the pool and the little playground. The owners are very kind person and always can help you. Thank you for this wonderful stay! We will come back.

Very friendly owners. The outside area with the pool is really nice to relax. The room is nice and we liked the homemade wine! Close to the beach and restaurants.

Relaxed, comfortable and not wanting to leave.

The owners and staff are wonderful and lovely to chat with, rooms are decent sized, have cooking facility's and lovely balcony views. With only a few minutes walk to the main shops and right across from the beach it was perfect accommodation for me and my two children. The swimming pool is a great asset to the place. We hope to be back for a longer stay again!

Gezellig complex op loopafstand van zandstranden

heel leuke setting van het gehele complex

we hadden net de pech dat er nieuwe installatie geplaatst was voor warm water waar de eigenaar nog niet veel ervaring mee had. Zo werd dus duidelijk dat de installatie niet voldoende warm water had bij hoog verbruik van andere appartementen. Inmiddels heeft eigenaar aanpassing gedaan waardoor er alsnog wel voldoende warm water was.

Gute Lage, sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber

Wir waren das zweite Mal in diesem Hotel. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und man fühlt sich wie zuhause. Sie kamen wir auch entgegen, als wir wegen Rückfahrtsänderung ein Tag früher abreisen mussten und wir mussten nicht zahlen. Es befinden sich sehr viele Location in der Nähe wie Restaurant, Cafes etc. Weiterhin hat es einen sehr schönen Strand mit klarem Wasser.

Erg fijne plek. Goede locatie in een heerlijk plaatsje met strand en restaurants op loopafstand. Zijn voor de tweede keer terug gegaan naar Albatross. Huisje is schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien.

Assolutamente memorabile.

Non ho parole per descrivere l'accoglienza di George e suo padre, giardino e piscina curatissimi, stanza ampia e zanzariere alle finestre per cui siamo riusciti a dormire con le finestre aperte sena usare AC. Abbiamo deciso di fare una vacanza relax, no macchina e quando mi sono trovata in difficoltà, George, senza la minima esitazione mi ha portato in farmacia e mi avrebbe portata anche dal dottore se fosse stato necessario senza voler niente in cambio ma spinto dalla bontà del suo cuore ad essere presente per la ospite meno fortunata. La note il risposo è garantito perchè nessuno fa casino, il rispetto tra gli ospiti è automatico. Consiglio caldamente questo posto, non solo per le comodità attorno ed un mare fantastico ma perché ci si sente accolti, a casa in vacanza.

Sehr sehr freundliche Gastgeber, sehr hilfsbereit und familiär. Es ist sehr nah am Meer mit einem schönen Strand. Die Unterkunft hat einen schönen Pool und einen kleinen Einkaufsladen direkt in der Nähe.
