The managers were fabulous, very helpful and friendly. The rooms were serviced daily, not expected. Short stroll into the hub of kokkari. Definitely recommended and would return

The host of the accommodation was friendly and helpful. The location was a short walk to bus, local stores, tourist shops, bakeries, restaurants and waterfront and also a 7 min walk to a pebbly beach. The beach was nice (go in the morning as the afternoons it gets windy and the water is choppy) The room was clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were ok. The room was serviced everyday which was nice.
I saw reviews of this place was 9. it's not a 9 it's more of a 6-7. I don't know where or how people reviewed this accommodation. The bathroom was terrible, it was so small. The shower was a challenge and difficult to use, water went everywhere, it just wasn't installed properly. The toilet was on an angle also difficult to accommodate. I had heard from friends staying in another bnb down the road their showers are the same, so maybe it's just like that everywhere in this locality.

It was very clean. Every day the chambermaid cleaned everywhere and replaced everything with the clean ones. The location was good close to the centre. You can walk to everywhere. Best beaches in samos is near Kokkari so it was a good choice to stay in that location. The staff was caring. They welcomed us. They let us leave our baggage and change our clothes even if our room wasn’t ready because we arrived early. And it was very helpful. In the room, there was an ac and a ceiling fan.
The room was not as I saw in booking. The decoration was the same but it was a small room. The bathroom was tiny. Having a shower with the curtain was almost impossible as it got around you. And we couldn’t lock the bathroom window so I have to carry my valuables with me all the time. There is no car park. You leave the car on the street. There is a nearby car park which is almost always full. The bed was really uncomfortable as it was very hard. No tv at all
