The island was idyllic and the staff were extremely welcoming and willing to do anything they can to make your stay bett

Location was AMAZING, only a 2 minute walk from the pier that you arrive at on the island. It was very convenient, especially for those who are visiting Isla Grande for the first time.

The wifi was excellent in most of the hotel, but didn’t quite reach the rooms at the very back of the property.

Abraão Beach should be cleaned. It looks clean but there are a few sewer on the sand going to the ocean.

Best location to stay at and exceptional staff support

The experience itself was really good. Breakfast was good and the room met my expectations with cleanliness, comfort and quietness. The staff support was excellent regarding activities and "Pousada Agua Viva" is located within everything you need to do at Abraao, so superb location.

Bed was surprisingly decent and comfortable. Which is atypical in Brazil.

Room was stark. Very poor lighting. Floors were slick. Hard to tell how clean they were.

The receptionist Gabriel was super friendly, kind, very receptive 👏 Great breakfast, kitchen staff were awesome Lucas and Solange were great!! Because of the them we might c ok me back.

The night staff wasn't friendly, I have asked some ice for my water and he simple told there wasn't any left to offer without checking in the kitchen or ice maker.. If Gabriel was there at night shift, I would have ice, and much better service . Pousada should have a interphone for the guest to communicates with the staff if needed. Top floor could have a big table in case some guest want to play cards. Every room should a chai at least. Have a better and comfortable pillows, mine was horrible unfortunately... If the owners take this survey as an proactive improvement, that would be a plus.

Very good location in the middle of the center where everything happens. The staff (and especially Aby) was so helpful and did their absolute best to make the stay comfortable.

1) The shower wasn’t warming up, the staff was able to fix it. 2) The window A/C was super loud/vibrating. The weather was cooler so we didn’t get to use it much.

O dono da pousada é extremamente antipatico, grosseiro e arrogante, a sorte dele é ter bons funcionários, esses sim, prestativos e simpáticos. Pousada não oferece cadeira e guarda sol, o que faz muita falta. Tv antiga com meia dúzia de canais abaixo do básico. Chuveiro fraco. Decoração antiga, quarto antigo. Café da manhã fraco, mas tem o mínimo necessário. Tem gerador, o que se mostrou muito útil. A minha experiência foi ruim pela arrogância do dono, mas os funcionários compensaram esse dissabor, fazendo uma linda decoração no quarto no dia seguinte. Todos muito educados (exceto o dono, me senti tratada com muita arrogância por ele).
