Where the hotel was situated and the size and quality of the room

The location was perfect for exploring the old town, the cathedral and the riverside. It was close to the station.
People should be made aware that there are stairs which could be difficult for some people.

Perfect location and the junior suite with a terrace overlooking cathedral and church rooftops is lovely.
We found the owners unfriendly but also, given the price, we were surprised to find not even a bottle of water in the room. No kettle to make tea. Shame really. These small touches make a big difference. The room was also cold and as the double bed just had two small single duvets, it was quite chilly in bed! Still, ten out of ten for location.
