The pool which is for adults only should be replaced by another one for all ages.

We got upgraded to a great room, staff was very friendly and helpful, taking care of us even after check out to our flight late evening.
Everything very clean - rooms, restaurants, washrooms in good condition.
Great variety of food and very tasty.
Lots of activities , beautiful garden and property.
Lots of pools , beach greatly furnished with recliners and wind breakers.
Great kiting school on the territory, we had lessons with Ahmed and were more than happy with his help.
There is a "lazy river" pool, would be great if the hotel had some donuts or other floaters.
Pool hours are very short, were expecting pool working at least till 9-10 pm.
Would like to see more fresh fruits like watermelon, melon and bananas at lunch and dinner, not only breakfast.

Clean Place with Good Vibes.
Good responses when doing reception requests.
Food.. food is really sucks and haven't meet the expectations of the hotel level and price. There is a real a problem in food varity and quality.
