The second bedroom has a queen bed and a set of bunks, and there's a bathroom right outside in the hall. Coin laundry facilities are located directly across the hall from 415 for your convenience.

We've been coming to 30A for 20+ years and this is by far one of the best we've ever stayed at. It is our 2nd time at Sand Cliffs, but 1st time in this unit. It is beautifully updated and well kept. It's beachside and faces the beach so the balcony views are amazing, and the price point compared to other rentals for beachfront properties is not bad at all. It was me, my husband and our son with his two friends. My son and his friends were in one room that had a queen bed and 1 set of bunks, with a bathroom off of the hallway, while my husband and I had a king bed with bathroom in our room. And the dining and living area was so spacious with enough seating for all. The only negative was it took a while for the icemaker to kick in once we realized we needed to turn it on, but all good. There is a tennis court and basketball goal too on the property and we got to play a set of tennis, so fun! We were on the 4th floor, and there is a garbage chute right next to the elevator so it made it easy to take trash out. And I love that this property has a private beach so the beach is NEVER crowded (we always go the 2nd week of June). This property is right at the light at 30A and Watersound Parkway so it’s a straight shot to Publix and convenient to so many restaurants. Can’t say enough good things about this unit and complex...we will definitely be back.

Absolutely beautiful. Stunning views, Comfy beds. This unit is truly in the best location. Close to pool, great upper floor allowing for beautiful ocean views. Next to the elevator which was so nice as there was the convenience but never any noise coming from the elevator area.
