Come enjoy the Emerald Coast at this great vacation spot! Walk right out you patio onto the lush green lawn of Sand Cliffs. Your views from this bluff location are spectacular. Head to your right and you can access both the steps to the beach or the path to the Gulf-front pool.

The enclosed courtyard features a large, beautifully landscaped pool, vast manicured lawns perfect for recreation, and a safe natural play area for kids. With only 10 rental units in this spacious complex, you’ll enjoy a more private and relaxing stay. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Would definitely return. Perfect location and beautiful beach. Overall the campus is beautiful and well maintained. Unit was clean, comfortable and homey. Only comment is none of the bedroom light switches seem to work but certainly not an issue. Full mattress in far bathroom might need to be flipped or replaced. Will definitely be recommending to friends. Enjoyed our sisters getaway!

We loved staying here with access to the pool and the grassy area! My kids were able to go outside and wait for the pool or the beach rather than standing by the door. I wish we had known ahead of time that there were no beach towels and the TVs didn't all work. This was not a huge deal since they didn't watch tv often in the bedrooms.

Property is nice and in a good location. Only problems were floors were extremely dirty and refrigerator was broken from day 1. Finally got a replacement on Thursday near end of the week. Also, for some reason dehumidifiers were added in hallway and bedroom and they were loud. Receptionist at Benchmark were good and bad. pleasant and helpful. At beginning of week receptionist was short and and not pleasant to deal with. Later in week dealings with another receptionist was better. Wind dealing with refrigerator problems we noticed online there had been several negative reviews related to refrigerator not working properly. They finally replaced it with a new refrigelater which worked fine but it was at the end of the week so we were unable to cook at home very much during the week.
