The master bedroom features a king bed, TV, and a private bathroom with a large shower. The guest bedroom has 2 full beds and a TV, while the sofa in the living room pulls out to a queen bed.
There are no streets to cross, just walk down the stairs (or take the elevator!) and cross the lawn to the beach. Take advantage of the onsite tennis courts and bike rentals available on the property. The lush lawn is perfect for a picnic while watching the waves roll in.

For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

The most amazing stay! Clean property and well equipped. PERFECT location- not near as crowded as some areas of 30A. 1/2 mile walk to beautiful Alys Beach area. We will be booking next year for the summer!

Not bad, condo was comfortable. Very few people at the units. Good access. Lots of space at the units. Furnishings could be updated. Overall. Good location. It’s an older complex that could use some updating.

We have stayed at Sand Cliffs many times. The location is great, the pool is great and the beach is great. This unit is very dated and needs some updating. About 6 light bulbs were burnt out and there is a paint patch in the bath that does not match. Just a lot of small things that add up. The complex is great, but the unit needs some help.
