The food was very good.

Staff were friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Good quality bathroom. Breakfast was good.
Air Con cooling didn't work. Car park is across a main road. Some road noise at the front. WiFi signal good but security warnings about an invalid certificate.

Great staff good value excellent breakfast. We had a free upgrade which was amazing.
Shower drained very slowly, shower head was faulty

The staff sorted the room out immediately and did not charge for the evening meal as compensation.
It took about 20 minutes to get checked in, the room hadn’t been cleaned nor the bed changed and the view was a very high brick wall, just a few metres from the window.
