Location close to Kyoto Station, provided me with 2beds as booked. Room is cleaned daily water bottle is replenished daily, towel are replaced when needed. Staff are very accommodating

Excellent location very close to the main station. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great buffet breakfast. Large Communal hot bath including semi-outdoor tub. Washing machine and drying facilities. Microwave ovens in which one can heat up take-away food from nearby Family Mart etc.
Lack of restaurant for evening meal, but there were many eateries nearby, plus shops for take-away meals which one can heat up in the hotel's microwave ovens.
