Beautiful hotel, lovely rooms, friendly staff, free parking

We loved this property from the moment we stepped foot here……It’s location, its staff, its chill vibe…were all perfect…With so many other places being so pretentious, this hotel is truly a diamond in the rough. We wouldn’t hesitate and hope one day soon we come back.
Nothing…other than we had to leave!

This is an amazing property! The sound of the sea is so soothing that it’s incredibly hard to leave, you’ll want to stay forever. The beds were very comfy, ensuring we got a great night's sleep every night. On top of that, the staff are lovely and friendly, and having good parking on-site was a huge plus for convenience.
There were just two small issues. The breakfast is the same every day; it would be great to see more variety for guests staying several nights. Also, the lack of a door for the restroom was a bit disturbing as it doesn't offer much privacy.

The room decoration
Breakfast was good but limited to what they offer, if you want more you have to pay, overall like everything in Tulum
